With Season 16, and why Sapphira lost, I think there are a few factors. For one, Nymphia has a more unique brand and defined character, especially for the show and the winners it’s had in the past. Sapphira has a strong character and brand, but Nymphia’s is more iconic and unique to her. I think Sapphira, as was mentioned in the Rigged video, gives a very “mother” sort of character. One thing that hindered her too was Sasha Colby, someone who gave the same vibe, winning the season right before. They probably didn’t want to crown the same type winner twice in a row. One other thing about Sapphira is she doesn’t seem as good at flexibility and coming up with new and unique ideas on the spot when her initial ideas don’t pan out. During the makeover, her first dress idea didn’t work, and what she came up with as a backup wasn’t up to par. And then during the final lip-sync, she ran into problems with her intended gag, so all she presented was fragments of what that idea was with nothing to tie it together. Those are just my theories at least.

Why would you want to try your best in a regular season when the All Star season’s cash prize is bigger? If Ru senses this, then not only will you be sent packing, but you’ll nuke your chances of being asked back. Ru absolutely hates quitters, and the quitter mentality. I’m not sure that you thought this through all the way.

They could’ve given 100k to the charity and 100k to the winner. So it would’ve been more competitive. They could’ve also given negative critiques and had a bottom 3 placement and out of those 3 one of them gets blocked.

After Manila was eliminated the two best queen left were Monique and Trinity. I don’t know how Monet managed to win this season. It should have either Trinity or Monique winning.

Was AS6 really that good? I may have to rewatch but I remember being bored during that season.

I think Sasha Colby was contracted, honestly. She was always going to win. They finally offered her enough (1st prize) to do it. Not saying she isn't disgustingly talented, she is. I c*** every time she ate that runway. She's worth every goddamn penny.

I forget what season number it was, but the All Stars season of the SciFi show Face Off did eliminations every other week, and they would eliminate two people each time. The performance of both weeks would come into count for who would be in the bottom. I feel like that could be a really interesting format for All Stars

TKB was my winner, its a shame the other queens didn't get great vibes from her. TKB's personality isn't for everyone to get, but I get and love her so much and she's incredible!

AS7 was the first All Stars I truly enjoyed since AS2 because it felt unique, different and you knew you were gonna get served

yeah getting one every year is too much but also i feel like alot of the girls don’t want to compete like they used too. i understand this is their time to show off growth but if you’re not willing to compete its kinda like why are you here then…? like i could see your growth on ig i wanna see your storyline. thats why season 6 was good the girls were still competing but also encouraged eachother and seemed to really get along with eachother

So we’re just going to ignore that they’ve actually choose a lot of queens who deserve to come back. I adore this show but I really hate how people act delusional to how production brain washes us & use the same girl they recycle from drag live, Werq the world…..etc ugh. This show is trash now sorry!

MAYBE the imaginary Q vs Dawn lip sync could’ve ended in a double shantay. Dawn would’ve looked a hell of a lot better lip syncing next to Q than when she was OBLITERATED by Morphine and they most likely would’ve been on par performance-wise. A double shantay at this stage of the season is also fine and would’ve preserved the obliteration of Dawn by Morphine. Completely removing the next episode just to send Dawn home is also unfair on Plane and Sapphira as it takes away their win they acquired together, but that’s just my opinion.

What I don't understand about production is that it's very obvious when production starts moving pieces around. Like it becomes jarring when judging is weird or placements in challenges are obviously not right. Like people spot it so easily that you would think production would pull back because the biggest gripe for a lot of people is the production. Why do they feel the need to constantly put their digits in there and do stuff?

I wish the powers that be sees this videos and make some needed changes. I absolutely agree if your coming back for an AS that money needs to be elevated and Winners needs to be a million and I bet you your favs will return.

Honestly AS2 and 6 was good. I need my dream all stars cast will be as good as all stars 2 keeping the same format as all stars 2 but keep the lip sync assassin with the top 2 picking which of the bottom 2 to lipsync against the lip sync assassin and then that queen will stay and the other will sashay away but if the lipsync assassin wins the lipstick she chose send that queen home and the queen that lipsync is safe unless she has her lipstick she goes home. I truly wish they would go back to doing allstars every 4 years or so... i really enjoyed the 1st 3 allstars.. they were split up perfectly giving us time to meet groups of new queens from regular seasons and not OVER saturating us with 100 different allstars all at once every freaking year, multiple times a year. I cant even watch them anymore... 😣
